History
After the disastrous earthquake of 1906 in San Francisco, Frank Lawson opened up a small roofing company that has developed into one of the leading roofing and waterproofing companies in Northern California.
Since 1907 The Lawson Roofing Company Inc. has operated as a family owned business and after the passing of Frank Lawson, his son Frank E. Lawson Sr continued the operations and today the third generation of Frank E Lawson Jr and Richard Lawson are carrying on the family tradition.
We perform all types of roofing and waterproofing services on both new and existing buildings for residential, commercial and industrial clients throughout Northern California. We have four departments which are our Commercial roofing and waterproofing, Residential roofing, Coatings and our Service and Maintenance department.
We perform a variety of services which include service and maintenance programs, design build projects, consulting and inspection services in addition to the traditional roofing and waterproofing services required by a building owner, general contractor or homeowner.
Our mission statement “Commitment to a Tradition of Quality Roofing and Waterproofing services to satisfy customer needs” is one we strive to achieve on a daily basis.
